Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP)
ARBOR REALTORS® proudly facilitates the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP) in our area. TRLP is a statewide program designed to identify, develop, and inspire emerging REALTOR® leaders. Participants undergo an intensive training program focused on leadership development, legislative advocacy, business planning, and professional growth. Completing TRLP prepares you to take on leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels.

Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level?
Applications are now being accepted for the 2027 Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program (TRLP)!
Designed to develop the next generation of REALTOR® leaders, TRLP provides participants with opportunities to strengthen their leadership skills, build meaningful professional connections, and prepare for greater involvement at the local and state association levels.
The program features eight engaging modules from January through August 2027, including an overnight leadership retreat, spokesperson training, and a visit to Austin to explore legislative issues impacting the real estate industry.
As 2024 TRLP graduate Derek Bradley shared, “Leadership is influence. If you want to help shape meaningful change and make a positive impact on our industry and our communities, TRLP is an excellent place to begin.”
