Introducing the Slate of Nominees for 2027 ARBOR Board of Directors

Dear ARBOR Members,

The ARBOR Nominations Committee and the Board of Directors present the following list of Eligible Candidates to campaign for 2027 ARBOR REALTORS® Elected Office:

Officer Candidates:

• President-Elect:
  • Tim Beary
  • Robyn Eastman
• Secretary/Treasurer: Terrance Hood-Veal

Director Candidates:

• Place 5: Emmanuel Lumanze
• Place 9: Derek Bradley
• Place 8: Lara Jobe
• Place 10: Julie Cook

Additional nominations of qualified REALTOR® members may be made to Taylor Oldroyd, ARBOR REALTORS® CEO, no later than September 1, 2026 as follows:

Additional nominations for Officer positions shall be in writing and signed by not less than fifty (50) REALTOR® Members of ARBOR.  

Additional nominations for Director Places shall be in writing and signed by not less than fifty (50) REALTOR® Members of ARBOR. 

The REALTOR® Members shall be notified of any additional nominees.  

The eligible candidates will be presented for election at the Annual Membership Meeting in

October 8, 2026.
