To become a member of the Arlington Board of REALTORS®, you may join as a new REALTOR® who is sponsored by an existing ARBOR member office, a REALTOR® transferring from another association to an ARBOR member office, a secondary member who has primary board someplace else, or an affiliate business member.
Broker/REALTOR Membership in the Arlington Board of REALTORS® entitles you to many services, benefits, and opportunities, including the Multiple Listing Service, Continuing Education, Market Statistics, Marketing Sessions and Group Discounts on a variety of products and technical support services.

Please Do NOT apply until you have an Active Real Estate or Appraisers license with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). A credit or debit card is required to submit your REALTOR® application online.
New BROKER\REALTOR® members can fill out the applications package online and “submit” them to us
Once we receive your application and are ready to process it, we will contact you to go over all dues, fees, and any questions you may have. Generally, we process application within 24-72 business hours.
After your membership is approved AND processed, we will call you to set up your Supra e-Key App on your phone. Please download the “SUPRA EKEY” App on your iPhone or Android phone.
Affiliate Business Partners
Affiliate Business Partner Membership in the Arlington Board of REALTORS® entitles you to many marketing benefits and opportunities. Continuing Education, Sponsorships, Marketing Advertisements and Member Discounts on a variety of classes, events, and services.
New Affiliate Applicants – New affiliate members may fill out the Application Package online and submit it for approval and processing. Once approved the affiliate will be listed on the various directories and lists of ARBOR.
REALTOR® Membership Requirements After Application:
All new applicants applying for board membership are required to complete a New REALTOR® Orientation.
This Orientation class is held virtually. Until you attend and complete the class, you are a “provisional” member only and could be terminated for failure to complete the class within the specified time. You will receive an email (within the week of joining) giving you the links and instructions to follow to complete both parts of orientation within 75 days.

How do I get a real estate license?

How do I get a Supra eKey?
If you are a member of ARBOR you can come lease a lockbox from our membership department. Come visit them in the first three offices inside ARBOR as soon as you walk through the door!
I passed the Real Estate exam. Am I a member of the Board now?
Congrats on passing the exam! You can join ARBOR if you are currently sponsored by a Broker and have documents supporting proof of sponsorship. In addition, your sponsorship documents should have also been sent to TREC, or the TREC website should show you hold an active license with your sponsor.
How do I get ZipForm?
To have access to ZipForm, you must be a member of a local REALTOR® Association and pay Texas REALTORS® dues. Visit the Texas REALTORS® website at www.texasrealtors.com to access ZipForm.
How do I get MLS?
As a member of ARBOR, part of your dues each quarter are for access to NTREIS, which is North Texas’ MLS. We also have an experienced and dedicated MLS department on-site to help answer any questions or trouble shoot any issues you have.
I keep hearing about TREPAC. What is it?
Texas Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC) receives volunteer investments used to support political candidates and initiatives that strive to preserve homeownership and the vital real estate industry. TREPAC raises and disperses funds to candidates and elected officials in accord with the Government Affairs objectives of Texas REALTORS® and ARBOR. In addition, TREPAC advocates for the protection of private property rights, as well as promotes home ownership and the real estate industry. TREPAC is your insurance against government.
