Become a Leader with ARBOR
If you are prepared to commit your time, talents, and passion to make a difference by being a part of ARBOR’s leadership team and meet all the eligibility requirements, then it is time to apply for one of the ARBOR Leadership positions. Officers are elected to serve one-year terms and Directors are elected to serve 3-year terms.
Being an Officer or Director comes with responsibilities, some of which are as follows:
- Attendance at ARBOR Board meetings (may not miss more than 3 meetings per year).
- Attendance at the annual leadership retreat, which is held out of town in October, to help shape the Association's direction for the upcoming year.
- A commitment to invest in TREPAC.
- Participation in ARBOR activities throughout the year.
- Serve as an ambassador of the Arlington Board of REALTORS®, tools, and services, and provide information to your firm and the real estate community at large.
We encourage members to nominate themselves, or others, who would like to run for an Officer or Director position on the ARBOR Board of Directors. Please indicate the name(s) and office information below.
DIRECTOR NOMINEES: The Director nominee must have been an ARBOR member in good standing for 2 years preceding their term and have demonstrated an interest in Association activities through a minimum of 2 years of service on Committees or Task Forces of a REALTOR® Association, one of which must be ARBOR REALTORS®.
OFFICER NOMINEES: The Officer nominees must have been an ARBOR member in good standing for 2 years and must have previously served for at least 2 years as a Director or will complete 2 years of service prior to January 1, 2026.

All nominations must be received by July 1, 2025. You may bring nominations to the Board Office, email them to teri@arlingtonrealtor.com, or mail them to ARBOR Nominating Committee, 3916 Interstate 20 West, Suite 160, Arlington, Texas 76107.
A list of the Nominating Committee's selections will be emailed to each member by July 31, 2025.
